Dear guests!

We are pleased to welcome you to our Resort. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment and hope that you can spend a wonderful and recreational day in our facility. The regulation you are about to read is designed to be a support for a harmonious stay. We have listed some rules and we hope that – with understanding – they will be followed, to protect the well-being of all the people who will occupy the structure with you, as well as the places that host you.

Arrival and departure:

On the day of arrival the apartment is ready from 3pm. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 11:00 am (10:00 am in case of whole group booking), so that cleaning can proceed smoothly.

If you arrive before 3pm or leave after 11am, we will do everything possible to allow you to leave your luggage at reception and allow you to use the common areas.

The structure is reserved for guests who occupy the apartment; Access to unauthorized persons is therefore prohibited.

General:

Each apartment is carefully checked before your arrival, but if something is wrong please report it promptly so that we can remedy any oversights. Please use each object with care and ensure that all travel companions do so and respect the rules of conduct.

Documents:

Upon arrival, the guest is required to show a valid identity document for registration, in accordance with current legal provisions (based on art. 109 of the T.U.L.P.S., the operators of accommodation facilities have the obligation of daily communication to the Police Headquarters of the arrival of the housed people).

The data acquired are processed in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016).

City tax:

The amount of the tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night up to 7 days, children under 12 years of age are exempt. The amount of this tax will be paid by the guest upon arrival, if not included in the payment carried out in advance.

The tourist tax is applied by the Municipality of Ragusa from 1 July 2012 in compliance with the provisions of the art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 23 of 14 March 2011.

Access keys:

The keys to the apartment and the remote control for the large gate will be given. It is absolutely forbidden to duplicate these keys. In case of loss, there is a penalty of €. 300.00 entirely charged to the guest, for the change of all locks.

Garbage:

In addition to being an obligation in our Municipality, we care about the environment and therefore ask you to be aware and collaborative in managing waste. We separate waste into: plastic & metal, paper, glass, organic waste and undifferentiated dry waste. In each apartment you will find the appropriate containers, and near the large gate you will find the large common bins, into which you will have to dispose of your appropriately separated waste.

People who smoke:

Out of respect for all guests, smoking is not permitted in any apartment. Any damage, such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, linens, tablecloths, etc., must accordingly be charged to the invoice at the replacement value. However, you can smoke on the verandas and in open spaces, distancing yourself appropriately from other guests and making use of the ashtrays present.

Bath:

Please do not dispose of hygiene products and meal leftovers down the toilet.

Rest period:

To protect the peace of all guests, we recommend limiting noise during the night from 10pm to 7am and during siesta from 1pm to 3pm.

Damage:

Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be grateful if you would inform us immediately of any damage so that we can take immediate action if necessary.

Good habits:

Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment, to avoid damage that may result from bad weather and small animals that inhabit the countryside. Please ensure that the lights and air conditioner are turned off during your absence. If you will be out of the apartment for more than two hours, please do not leave the air conditioners on.

The management is not responsible for theft or loss of objects left unattended inside the facility, including parking and common areas.

Pets:

Furry friends are welcome if you inform us first and respect the tranquility of other guests, taking care of them with care and not letting them enter the closed common spaces and the swimming pool.

Barbecue:

For your safety, use of the barbecue area is permitted only subject to availability (not guaranteed) by the caretaker, who will take care of lighting the fires for you and leaving you free to cook the food independently. It will be your responsibility to clean the barbecue after use.

Padel and Bocce court:

During your stay it is possible to use the fields when you find them free, or by making a reservation on the blackboard in front of the field.

By booking the apartment, it is assumed that the house rules are recognized and respected.
